These terms of use (the "Terms") govern your use of the GoAbiye website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Site Content

The content of the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, is owned by or licensed to GoAbiye and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without the express written permission of GoAbiye.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.

Disclaimers

The content of the Site is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. GoAbiye does not warrant that the Site will be available at all times or that the content will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

GoAbiye shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site or the content contained therein.

Scope of Support

GoAbiye will only pay the medical bills for sickle cell crisis management such consultation, medication, treatment or hospitalization. The Pilot duration is 6 months. Following a successful Pilot, GoAbiye will extend the duration on a yearly basis subject to budget.

Subject Matter Opinion

GoAbiye do not provide any medical expertise on sickle cell management or any treatment plan. Patients are advised to seek subject matter advise and opinion from their doctors.

Payment of Medical Bills

GoAbiye will make reasonable effort to pay the patients medical bills as at when due. The payment will be made directly to the partner hospital account. No payment will be made to any other account except pre-agreed. All payment will be per transaction, no direct donation to the hospital or reimbursement to the patient. The hospital must issue the bill to contact@goabiye.com via the official email before the payment is made. All payment receipts must also be issued following the payment. In the event the hospital delays to issue the bills, GoAbiye shall not be responsible for late or no payment or the consequences of such delay. If the bills issued is considerably higher than expected (given historical cost of care and inflation), GoAbiye reserves the right to investigate before releasing payment. If any manipulation is found, GoAbiye will decline the payment and terminate its partnership with the hospital with immediate effect. 

Changes to These Terms

GoAbiye may change these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the website after any changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
